The Craton Hotel Sisli Istanbul

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the spacious rooms are equipped with exclusive facilities, such as an espresso machine and private facilities where we enjoyed a full body massage. the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and Spa centre were perfect places to relax and enjoy our stay. the exceptional service provided by the staff was commendable, and we were satisfied with the delicious halal food served in the restaurant.

This hotel has a convenient location, with Cevaher and Gawaher malls nearby along with some cafes. The reception staff and some restaurant staff are helpful and professional. The rooms are clean, and the smart TV is a nice feature. The spa is quite good, and some guests enjoyed the breakfast despite mixed opinions about it.

Language barriers can be an issue, with some staff struggling to understand English.

It had central location close to Fatih Ormani.

Liked my such great stay in Craton hotel. Everything was excellent, nothing too much trouble, I would recomand it.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient for transportation and sightseeing. I appreciated the attentive staff, especially when my shower leaked, they quickly provided extra towels and fixed the issue.

My stay was good here. Stayed here for 5 days, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with unbeatable location very close to jawaher mall. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was good.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a secure area, next to shopping centre and cevahar mall and restaurants. We appreciated the price of our family twin room with two bed separated and its essentials. Though you guys made our stay fine, beds were bad.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us great recommendations for things to do nearby. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was very close to Cevahir Mall and a short walk to public transportation. We were also impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel was.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Clean property with ideal location in Istanbul right by train / subway station, shopping mall. Breakfast with tasty omelette. Got the same superior double room booked online, loved that. They provided excellent service too.

The New Year experience at this hotel was amazing! The staff were very good too make sure we had a great time. The New Year's Eve party was fantastic, with live music and a delicious dinner buffet. The atmosphere was lively and festive, and the countdown to midnight was lovely. Another great aspect of our stay was the location. The hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and had easy access to public transportation. We could easily explore the city and visit nearby shops and restaurants without any hassle. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring. the New Year's experience at this hotel was superb.

Although our New Year's experience was fantastic, there were a few downsides. One of the disappointing aspects was the limited variety in breakfast.
